In December 2008, with the building at 55 degrees 24/7, our electric bill was less than $100 and that included the lighting!

We have two large overhead doors that each open a minimum of twice a day. The building also is equipped with high-efficiency lighting and energy-efficient windows and has insulation in excess of R30.
