Dan and Sean joined forces on Oct. 1, 2007, combining Walsdorf Heating and Cooling LLC and Advanced Custom Air LLC.
- Dan Walsdorf holds the Wisconsin HVAC qualifier credential; is certified by NATE, North American Technician Excellence Inc., the leading non-profit certification program for technicians in the HVAC/R industry and the only test supported by the entire industry; and accredited by the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association.
- Sean Steffes earned a degree in HVAC/Refrigeration from Universal Technical Institute, Chicago.
- Matt Werdeo, an ACG full-time employee, has Environmental Protection Agency Universal Certification, received WaterFurnace service and installation training, and is fusion certified for geothermal loops.
- Joe Castro has EPA Universal Certification, received WaterFurnace service and installation training and is fusion certified for geothermal loops.
- Jeremy Oostdyke has EPA Universal Certification, received WaterFurnace service and installation training and is fusion certified for geothermal loops.
- Ryan Marquardt has a B.S. degree in Construction Management from UW-Platteville. Ryan is also fusion certified.
- Connie Walsdorf is the office manager.
- Four talented part-time employees round out our crew.

In late 2008, ACG opened its new 4200-square-foot facility, equipped with a WaterFurnace Synergy 3D multi-function heat pump that heats water for radiant applications as well as heating and cooling with forced air.
